V.O.C.

About the artist

The time has come… the next evolution of hip-hop! Born in Thomasville, GA in the early 80’s; Lavardicus Atkins was brought into this world by two young and economically challenged parents, both positioned to raise a child while still being kids themselves. Raised in challenging conditions in South Georgia, (Victim Of Circumstance) aka V.O.C., was forced to grow up fast in an environment where poverty was rampant and opportunities were limited, thus making him wise beyond his years.
