The Rogue Element
About the artist
The Rogue Element is award-winning producer and DJ Ben Medcalf, whose work receives plaudits and support from such varied luminaries as James Zabiela, Etienne de Crecy, Meat Katie, Elite Force, James Lavelle, the Plump DJs, and the Crystal Method. A true breakbeat fan, his trademark sound is a distinctive dance floor mash up of many diverse elements old and new. Influences include anything he thinks he can get away with stealing, more rock from his murky past than he is comfortable with admitting
