The Rat Utopia Experiment

About the artist

The Rat Utopia Experiment (also known as T.R.U.E.) is a girl-fronted "circus" punk and garage-rock band formed in Tacoma, Washington in 2022. They play a high-energy mix of grunge, garage pop-rock, and riot-style punk. Known as the Pacific Northwest's favorite "circus act," they feature theatrical performances and intense stage chemistry. Their music combines political messages with raw emotional storytelling. Members include Phia Lane (lead vocals and guitar)
