The Grus

About the artist

The Grus is an experimental/downtempo band from a remote Russian village with the population of 30 people. It seems rather hard to pinpoint the sound of the band due to a large number of influences it incorporates, like early gospel/blues singers, German psychedelic bands and experimental electronic music. Shura Zhuravleva - voice, keyboards, piano, field recordings Simon Gendor - keyboards, guitars, bass, samplers
