Squeak!

About the artist

The small Mediterranean Island of Malta is known for its history, views, and pristine beaches. Of late, it has also been gaining a reputation for sweaty kids donning tight jeans, big hair, and face paint, bouncing off the walls (and each other) in mosh pits, within its numerous clubs. The phenomenon is what the Islanders have affectionately been defining as the "Squeak Effect". Since '08, Squeak's 'acid to disco to techno' sets have proven to be eclectic, tight, and have become a bright neon highlight on the Island's disco-rockers' schedule.
