About the artist

Making ethereal, avant-garde music with elements of Indie Folk and electronic music. Frontwoman Kristin “Slothpop” Newborn’s vocals (and the choral, angelic harmonies that engulf them) are the magnetic core of the group’s mystical, mysterious sound, possessing an otherworldly aura that is engagingly spooky and dreamlike. Slothpop is weirdly beautiful and beautifully weird. " - MPMF 2010
