Raw Hex

About the artist

Formed in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA, in 2018, Raw Hex is a relentless blackened crust outfit that merges the icy, blistering velocity of black metal with the raw, d-beat aggression of hard-hitting crust punk. Building a ferocious reputation in the Midwest extreme underground, the group introduced their caustic sound with their self-titled debut EP in 2018, followed by the crushing EP Always a Prisoner (2019). Driven by buzzing, tremolo-picked guitar work
