Monosodic

About the artist

Monosodic is a one-man band formed by Marcos Hassan in Mexico City. The band's music style is of very harsh and noisy guitars played over fast programmed drum beats accompanied by throat-stretching voices ranging from high-pitched to low-growling and from whispered to screaming. Monosodic doesn't have lyrics to any of their songs; their song and album titles have been inspired by anything from philosophy books to TV teen dramas. Some of the music styles that have been mentioned as part of the band's sound have been grindcore
