Meb

About the artist

Born in Québec, Meb spent a long time studying music (Musicology Master, Université Laval) while having some fun doing creative writing on the side. From 1998 to 2003, she played in the electro-rock band Quai M83 (violin, composition) while composing songs that stayed mostly in her drawers. In 2000, she won the second place at the lyricist competition Chansons pour tes yeux (Montréal) and the first place as a composer at the Festival en Chanson de Petite-Vallée (Gaspésie).
