Les Prostiputes

About the artist

Since its creation in Abitibi in 2000 the Prostitute moved from a trio to a quartet and has earned a prominent place in the alternative scene of Quebec. Its hard hitting Rock'n'roll with subversive lyrics is inspired by the energy of the Ramones and the Beach Boys pop. Their rockabilly-tinged sexy music has attracted more than one. "Sex en Stéréo", the new album by the Prostitute, follows "Trop souvent mal baisés" (2005), winner of Album of the Year Rock'n'roll for GAMIQ 2006.
