Jodis

About the artist

Jodis, an entirely new experimental / drone trio outfit from Los Angeles, California, United States involving James Plotkin (Khanate, Phantomsmasher, O.L.D., etc), Aaron Turner (Isis, Old Man Gloom, Lotus Eaters, etc) and Tim Wyskida (ex Khanate, Blind Idiot God, etc), is a modern exploration of restrained sonic minimalism and tonal / textural density. Formed in 2008. Jodis' Secret House, as a whole, recalls a void, a shoreless pit, a slow nihilistic decent into absolute blankness.
