Godbox

About the artist

"It's always a pleasure to discover a hidden gem and this month's pearl amongst the swine is GodboX. Take the sinister diva sounds of PJ Harvey and maybe even Tori Amos and then fuse them onto a dark soundscape not out of place in Trent Reznor's cellar and you get a wholly unmetal album that is still rife with dark, sparse, shapeshifting music. I can heartily recommend Dark, Damp & Cold to anyone in search of something a bit different." -- Andy Trott, Power Play Magazine UK
