Givensix
About the artist
Givensix is an amazing alt. metal band from Flint, MI that should be signed to a major label but isn't yet. “I am the way, I am the first, I am the end,” is the guttural refrain from the pivotal track Victim off of Givensix’s 2011 full length album Harvest. It’s a lyric that begs questions, demands attention, binds your feet and hands, and forces you to sing along. Blending time tested rock and roll songwriting techniques with progressive tones and hints of death core, Givensix isn’t your average metal band.
