About the artist

There are at least two band that use the name Gaylord. 1) A psychedelic surf metal band from Rochester, New York and 2) A black metal project. 1) Gaylord were a psychedelic metal band from Rochester, New York from 1995 until 2009. Touching on punk, metal, jazz, funk and surf rock stylistically, Gaylord is propelled by the guitars of Core Atoms and the ferocious jazz drumming of Andrew Verstraete, as well as the bass/vocal work of Jeff Steverson.
