About the artist

Friendly Knowledge (AKA Aaron Hochman) is an electronica artist from Marlboro, NJ. The music consists of record scratching, rhythmic ambience, and drum machines. Heavily influenced by the likes of Flying Lotus to Panda Bear to Dmitri Shostakovich. It's a big mixture of cut up ambience, electronica, wonky, soul, and folk all smashed together. It started as an idea in early 2009 and has grown to something completely different. Just sit back and listen.
