Freak Daddy
About the artist
Uriel Metzger (he/him), the artist behind Freak Daddy is the self-described “Archangel of Pop." A transmasculine pioneer, his genre of music, DarkNerve, creates the soundtrack to his own artistic universe of Freak Daddy World. A futuristic, dystopian landscape of virtual reality and blasphemous rebellion. His forthcoming record S.G.S.M. (Sorry, god. Sorry, mom.) is slated for release in early 2022. “There is a long history of queer coded villains in pop culture and I wanted to reclaim the transphobic trope of the gender bending anti-hero.
