Elisabeth Underground

About the artist

Elisabeth Underground was founded in January 2002 and released their debut album named "1.21." in 2004. Their second album "2" came out in 2006 and it gained some publicity also in the media. Album reviews were favourable and the band was touring actively in the year 2006. Both albums were released through their own Gigawatt label which gave the band the freedom to do things in their own way. The band's music combines soft female vocals and a rough "lo-fi" sound world including static bass riffs and loopish drum rhythms.
