Decedent

About the artist

Decedent is an American death metal band from the underground metal scenes of the Midwest, delivering raw, old-school-inspired brutality with a modern edge—blending cavernous gutturals, grinding riffs, and relentless blast beats into a visceral assault that harks back to the early days of the genre while carving a niche in today's resurgence of classic death metal ferocity. Formed in the mid-2010s amid a wave of tape-trading revivalism, Decedent channels the suffocating heaviness of bands like Incantation and Autopsy
