Chroma Noir

About the artist

Formed in Santiago, Chile, in late 2024, Chroma Noir brings together vocalist Mauricio Solari and multi-instrumentalist Mario Castro in a collaboration that fuses atmosphere, intensity, and melody. Rooted in electronica and synth-pop, the duo channels the darker moods of post-punk and goth, taking inspiration from Depeche Mode, Bauhaus, The Sisters of Mercy, and Peter Murphy. Chroma Noir’s sound is defined by Solari’s evocative vocals and Castro’s cinematic synthesizers, weaving noir-tinged textures with driving rhythms.
