hi my name is jesse and I'm a former youth pastor from New York who is currently serving more than 13 years in prison for two felonies stemming from crossing state lines to engage in a sexual acts with a person under 16 years of age. In 2013 when Jesse Vargas was 29, he had sexual contact with a then 15-year-old from St. Louis, Missouri, who he met when she was 11 and attending the Incredible Journey Christian camp in Michigan, where Vargas was a councilor and groomer.
