About the artist
Radio-ready pop/R&B isn't the sound one would normally associate with the 'indie' music scene. But with his MacBook Pro, rented microphone, and bedroom recording studio, Ale is challenging exactly what 'indie' has come to mean. Born Alejandro Carrera, Ale (AH-leh) has been greatly influenced by his family's musical talent, specifically his father, the late Minnesota latin jazz pioneer, Jose Carrera. With his brother (songwriter/producer/rapper Cid Valley) and best friend (singer/songwriter/producer Tim Grady) serving as executive producers
